UCC21520: About OUTA and OUTB

Hi,

Customer is looking for devices that can turn on OUTA and OUTB at the same time.
Can UCC21520 output OUTA and OUTB simultaneously?

I think it is impossible because of the dead time and protection available.
However, I want some advice just in case.

    Hi, Yusuke-san,

    Yes, this is allowed. You  can enable this by tying DT to VCCI which allows the outputs to overlap.

    I recommend you also promote the UCC21540 to your customer. It is one of our newer isolated half-bridge drivers which  is optimized for digital controllers and Si MOSFET applications.
