    Hi Wesley,

    Thanks for the inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not have a pin-to-pin replacement for the LBSS139DW1T1G dual NFET. The customer could use 2 of the CSD18541F5 single NFETs. Please keep in mind, the rds(on) of this device is orders of magnitude lower than the LBSS139DW1T1G. That's the best I can offer.
