Hello,

In the user guide for the UCD3138ACCEVM149 I am stuck in section 7 as I don't have the firmware file for the EVM. Where can I find the firmware files for the UCD3138ACCEVM149?

This might be related, but when I use the Fusion Digital Power Studio and try to use the Design tab, there is a fatal program error. Does this have anything to do with the firmware?

Hi Lobert,

UCD3138ACCEVM149 is just a control card that gets connected to a mother board.

What power supply topology you are interested in?

You can download one of these firmware and program your EVM with:

http://www.ti.com/product/UCD3138/toolssoftware (look at the firmware in the Software section).

For example, this one is for LLC topology:

http://www.ti.com/tool/UCD3138FW-FBLLC

If you are just interested in getting to know UCD3138, then the following firmware is the most appropriate for you:

http://www.ti.com/tool/UCD-TRAINING-LABS

And you are right. If no firmware then Fusion Digital Power Studio GUI will encounter a problem in the Design tab.

As this tab is in charge of configuring the loop compensation parameters in the firmware.
