UCC5390ECDWVEVM: UCC5390ECD spice model build in short to Vee2

we try to run simulation with the UCC5390ECD part both in PSPICE and LTSPICE and are using the models and libraries from TI.

we have a problem where the Vee2 pin seems to short to the supply when switching the output. Anybody saw a similar issue?

Hello Peter,

I looked into this simulation issue and the circuit must be configured with a voltage source between GND1 and GND2 to emulate the isolation barrier. I would recommend the configuration below. Please hit the green button if this resolves your simulation error.

I see you hit the button to say this did not resolve your issue; is that the case?

Please see below my own circuit and simulation result where the supply no longer shorts to VEE during switching.
