Hello friends i hope you are having great weekend.

i wonder that i m working on Liquid filling system using solar energy. but i wonder that i also using peltier in this system. and also using graphic lcd etc...

as i know peltier work on 1A /12 V 

other system Working on 5V /500 mA 

and i m planing to supply them solar based battery.

so do i have to select this current source as 2 A or can i use peltier 500mA ? and another current will supply another circuit?

is it possible.

  • I do not understand your question.  I do not know what 'peltier' is.  Could you please explain?

    What are your circuit requirements?

    In general, the charge rate for your batteries is dependent on the chemistry.  You need to confirm with your battery manufacturer what charge rate is best for your batteries.

  • So, the peltier effect device is a load on the system?  If you can provide a block diagram of your system (inputs, power converters, and outputs), I can recommend some devices for you.  I am still having trouble understanding what your system looks like and the voltages and currents available and needed.

  • Let me introduce my sysyem. 

    When you enter a weight value (for example 30 lbs) microcontroller fill a container. then if liquid (what we are filling ) is cold then the progressor start warming the liquid. that s what i need to know. what should i use for fluid heather  ( my option is thermoelectric effect) and what is the supply voltage and current for that. by  the way all the system supplier by solar panel . solar tracker is used for get maximum performance from solar panel. and the system have to  work without sun so i have to charge a battery. And  I hope i can explain myself.

  • The bq24650 can manage the solar cell and maximum power tracking and charge the battery while powering the system.  It can take care of the circuitry in the green block.

    You will also need various power converters that will run off the solar cell or battery.  These converters will power the various components in your system and must be selected after what they power has been selected.

    We have a wide portfolio of micro-controllers, from simple 16-bit cores to 32-bit cores and on up to DSPs.  We also make temperature sensor ICs and ADCs for translating the output of the scale (I assume this is analog) to a digital input to your uC.  We do not make fluid heaters or weight scales.  Please post in the respective forum (uC, ADC, etc.) for help in selecting these other components.
