Hi Sir,

Could you let me know the DPM detection timing of BQ24259?

If we forgot to disable OTG output, does it interfere with DPM detection? Thanks.

CH1 is Vin for BQ24259 ,CH2 is USB Vbus.

Hey Ian,

The BQ24259 cannot determine if an adapter/input source is applied while it is in OTG mode.

Therefore, it cannot run through section 8.3.1.3 Power Up from DC Source of the datasheet, which includes the input current detection.
