Hello,

Is there an alternative to using the EV2400 to interface the BQ4050 with BQ Studio? My company has broken many of these interface devices when programming battery packs due to unknown issues (ESD maybe). I want something more robust that will not break when the production team are assembling and calibrating battery packs. Is there a device for this? Is there a simple script that can be made to flash the devices with something like a raspberry pi?

As far as I can tell, the bqStudio has been designed to work with EV2400. If you want to stick with bqStudio, I don't think there is another interface board that you can use.

My team uses ev2300 to mass produce batteries.

It is possible to simultaneously program up to 20 chips.

The whole procedure takes up to 2 minutes. Very fast.
