We have a 7.4V nominal 2500mAh Li ion battery pack with protection circuit which shuts off once it reaches the 6V cut off voltage as under voltage protection. The pack will now show 0V.
1.Will BQ2057W detect 0V battery pack after a power cycle ?
2.Are there any other 2S charger IC which supports this 0V charging feature ?
We had used BQ21040 which has 4.2V at battery terminal when battery is not connected. This feature opens up the cut off circuitry and the battery starts charging again. Is there a similar function in 2S li ion charger?
