I am Working on Interleaved Boost Conveter using Ucc28220-q1. I am getting problem as I increase load from 4A to 6A at 450V dc output. As transition occurs, within 5 seconds, the mosfets are getting damaged.
I am using Rg value of 75 ohm which I found with lot of experiments with Rg varying from 10 ohm to 75 ohm and at this Rg, the circuit is working fine for 4A load. But it is giving problem above that.
What could be the reason?
