This is very strange.  Per this discussion, my understanding is that the MSP is G2553 and not F149.  What version of the FET are you using and which version of CCS?

The version of the FET is 3.11 and the version CCS is 6.2 ，

It is also possible that the fuse is broken, but we have not done any fuse operation.

It is normal to download with MSP430F149 MCU, but not with TPS65835EVM-705 evaluation board

There is an application note regarding fuse discussed in this thread.

Can you check the fuse status?
