Hi,

I have a problem with my uploaded GPC files. I think the termination voltage is ok, and everything else.

I suspect that the problem can be that I did not do against high and low temperature just room and copied the same data

to high and low temperatures?

Could you check my data?

Hi Andras,

Can you try submitting the logs to the tool again using MinSOC% of 6 to see if the accuracy improves?

I will do it tonight but I wanted to show you my data that I recorded with BqStudio for 1A and 2A discharge curves. Can be the problem with this (actually it is not very smooth in certain areas, with sudden drops as well) :

I redo the logfiles with MinSOC% = 6, still fails but better now just a bit:

What do you think? Should I rerun the test with the logging ? (actually during the logging I did some refresh on the GUI it might have caused some trouble in the logger..)

Actually what MinSOC% and MaxSOC% stand for?

I looked at the data closer and even with different values of Max and Min SOC it is hard to improve the results,

so I suggest to do all of these actions:

- rerun the high rate case to eliminate the discontinuity in voltage

- collect data for all 3 temperatures, as this is required by the tool initial guess estimator, as well as to provide actual temperature

compensation

- use ChemType=6 (NMC) instead of ChemType=1 because your voltage curve is much more steep the usual LiCoO2 curve
