BQ34Z950: How to create .SENC file

Yes, you will need to use bqStudio and dump out an srec file. The senc is just an encrypted version of the srec.

It is the golden image plug-in for bqStudio.

I download bqstudio but i dont know how to get srec file can you please tell me procedure to get it and also tell me the chemistry ID of battery. I am trying to find out the chemistry ID, i load the zip file in bqstudio "program from GPCRB file" section but it shows me error code = 1713 kindly reply with suitable solution.

Our battery has early charge termination issue is observed in customer end, we  need to fix it as soon as possible kindly help us to resolve it and i also send you zip file to find out correct chemistry ID of battery please reply me as soon as possible.

Can you try to increase Ra0 and re-run the test? Have you run a learning cycle for the battery?

Our gas gauging IC is bq34z950 and battery chemistry ID is 1647 can you please send me .senc file for 1647 chemistry ID, because i dont understand how to make .senc file and where to put battery chemistry ID,kindly help me i am waiting for your reply.
