which parameters i should set in order thet the BQ will will detect the points and set the 100% capacity during charge and 0% capacity during discharge.

Hello Avi,

It is the taper voltage, current for 100% and terminate voltage for 0%.

You should read the TRM.

It is the "learned" voltage drop during a period of discharge. Do not worry about this parameter.
