TPS54160: Changing delay time of PWRGD due to aging

Part Number: TPS54160

Hi,

PWRGD is asserted and de-asserted when the threshold is exceeded.
However, the delay time until PWRGD is asserted and de-asserted which differs depending on the voltage value exceeding the threshold voltage.
The delay time on the order of microseconds is observed by actual measurement.
So, is there a correlation between overdrive voltage and delay time?
Additionally, is there any concern that the delay time will change due to aging?
If the delay time is affected by aging, what can be considered as a factor?

Could you please tell me how to calculate the acceleration rate when verifying the effects of aging on the delay time with the temperature humidity testing?
I found the equation for acceleration factor at the following URL. However, it doesn't include the humidity coefficient.
