Part Number: TPS61022

I use TPS61022 as booster from 3.7V Lipo battery to 5V and it is in PWM mode

The steady state current is around 360mA. RMS with around 1.2A maximum current at start.

I measured the Vout in AC coupling and I have ~40mV spikes@1MHz.

Can I improve this noise?

Can PFM mode improve it?

What is a the current range which is considered light mode?

the peak may be caused by the noise coupling into the probe. could you set the bandwidth to 20MHz, and use the minimum probe loop to measure the waveform.
