LM337: Temperature rating for LM337KVURG3 in DPAK

Part Number: LM337

We would like to use the KVURG3 version of the LM337 (Linear Voltage Regulator IC 1 Output 1.5A TO-252-3) in a design, but the low temperature limit is 0 deg C. Is this part/package combination capable of running to -40C? If not, is there an equivalent in the same package that can run to a lower temperature limit? 

Note that we are aware of the 137 version which can run to the -40C limit, but this is not available in a DPAK.

    Hi Ram,

    Unfortunately we do not have the exact combination of this 337 function in a TO-252 package that can operate down to -40C. The closest we have is the LM337IMPX/NOPB, a SOT-223 package version of the same function with -40 to 125C operation. I believe this is the one you were referring to earlier.
