TPS2553D: Power up sequence

(1). Is that no problem the EN pin is logic HIGH before the IN pin is risen up completely?

    Answer: No problem, EN pin can be set high before IN pin rise up.


 (2). Can the EN pin voltage be higher than the IN pin? (e.g. VIN=1.8V, EN=3.3V)

    Answer: It's no issue that EN pin is higher than IN, but for TPS2553D, VIN min voltage is 2.7V
