    Hi Carlos,

    This device is not the best choice for these cells. The cell measurement range is specified down to 2.0V, which is close to the limit of a Lithium-Titanate discharge.  In addition, the OV protection threshold is programmable from 3.1V to 4.7V, which is too high for these cells.  You might instead consider the BQ76952, which is sampling now and will be in production later this year.
