Hi,

I'm interested in power module for automotive application and was looking at TPSM831D31.

Is it AEC-Q100 rated? Is it going to be in the future?

If not, can you suggest alternative solution for powering 50-60A load with high current transients?

Hi Dave,

TPSM831D31 is not AEC-Q100 rated.

What's VIN, VOUT in your application?

Hi Qian,

Vout=0.8V

Vin is either:

1) 12V , since it's the main input voltage.

2) We have additional 12V to 6.5V supply in the system. We can upgrade its capacity and feed the 0.8V supply from 6.5V, if it prooves beneficial from efficiency POV.
