TPS1H100-Q1: ESD compliance

I need to pass ESD compliance test IEC-61000-4-2. I am using TPS1H100-Q as high side power switch for digital output. datasheet states that it is HBM compliant only. what you suggest to pass compliance with IEC-61000-4-2? SMBJ36CA is enough to connect at output?

I think a better device for you in this case would be the TPS27S100 (https://www.ti.com/product/TPS27S100) which is the industrial version of this part. This has full IEC 61000-4-2 ESD compliance built in at similar specifications of the TPS1H100-Q1.
