TPS1H000-Q1: FAULT flag at DIAG_EN = Low

Hi team,

I would like to confirm the feature of FAULT pin at DIAG_EN=Low.

When DIAG_EN=Low and IN=High, and over current condition occurs,

Over current protection works, but FAULT will not go Low, correct?

    Tsuji-san,

    Your understanding is correct. When you set the DIAG_EN low and have the IN high then it means that the protection features (such as over current and under voltage) are going to work, however the digital reporting features you see on FAULT not be valid as FAULT will be Hi-Z.
