BQ28Z610EVM-532: No Charging and discharging

Hi

I have issue with charging and discharging battery 

 EV-2400 AND BQ28Z610EVM-532  and set power supply to 7.0 V with 2A max

I have couple of questions 

1. how can I reset Calibration setting ? 

2. I am trying to charge battery 18650CA-1S-3J , I can't charge battery as soon as I choose CHG_FET_TOGGLE Everything go crazy battery floating from 3V-7V and GUI stop working . any suggestion ? 

3. Battery chemical I choose from TI GUI - Manufacturer BAK  PART NUMBER 18650CA-1S-3J

    What do you mean by "reset Calibration setting"? Do you want to roll back to the deafult calibration setting? If so, the easiest way is to download the default firmware to the gauge device.

    Regarding the second questions,  try sending both DSG_FET_TOGGLE and CHG_FET_TOGGLE.

    I have change

    firmware to 2610_0_20 #

    software to 1.3.97 

    couple of issues :

    1. I change 2 cell to one cell , following maunal short 1P with 2P  AND CONNECT "Negative to 1N. I need to re-configure to one cell

    2. How to adjust voltage and show correct precentage

    3. I send command DSG_FET_TOGGLE and CHG_FET_TOGGLE to board but everything going crazy again, should I adjust my power supply accordingly or should be 7V with 2A max , is there any in software to change voltage and current ? I mean adjust current and voltage deliver to battery ?

    Follow the instructions in the EVM user's guide for the necessary connections. Also you need to set the CC0 bit of DA Configuration to 0 if one single cell is used.

    You need to adjust the current setting of your power supply to limit the current.

    Thanks ,Charging and discharging start working now I have another issue .

    but now battery show 100% all the time I mean SOC I changed voltage design to 4200 mV max but still showing 100%

    what I want do 

    Set Battery voltage to 2.75 min and 4.2 V max

    set current discharge 200mA max 

    set current charge to 1A 

    I am little confuse about gauging setting how can I do this /

    You need to program the gauge device with a proper chemistry id and do a learning cycle.
