Dear Sir,

Cusomer asked about what tolerance for bq25619 charge temperature 0~60 degree C?

If we can use resistor's tolerance 1% to calculate difference between VT1% and VT5%, and + bq25619 tolerance, is it make sense?

That is correct. You will want to use the following from the BQ25619 EC table and your thermistor resistance tolerance at various temperatures:
