EV2300: ev2300 unknown device

the driver for EV2300 is not working . i have installed (EV2300a_Device_Driver_Installer_Multilanguage_0.6.exe), during installation it seems it was installed properly but when Ev2300 is connected it is not recognized. i have two computers working properly. but i can not figure out what is the problem . it would be great if any one can help.

Which gauge device are you working on? EV2300 is a bit old now. We usually recommend our customers use EV2400 since EV2400 works well with Win 7 and even Win 10.

i am using it for bqproduction smart battery builder Version : 1.0.9 SQM build. it uses only Ev2300.

Please check the error code for the connected device(EV2300) from Control Panel Device Manager.

the error code from Control Panel Device Manager is 28.

but now i find out the computer is detecting wrong product id number (PID) i.e 2136 . which is different on the other computers detecting and communicating properly with the ev2300 (i.e 0036) . is there a way that i can change the PID to 0036?

Sorry, it seems like a Windows driver issue. We don't have a answer to that.
