TPS7A4501-SP: TPS7A4501-RHA Loop Stability with output capacitor across Top Feedback Resistor

Part Number: TPS7A4501-SP

The TPS7A4501-RHA Datasheet discusses adding a capacitor across the top feedback capacitor will increase phase margin. The example in the datasheet is for a 470pF capacitor. I need to add a soft start to the output, part of the circuit involves putting a 40nF capacitor across the top resistor. This capacitor will put a zero at 508Hz and a pole at 1595Hz. Additionally There are 2 output capacitors to ground, 22uF (70mOhm ESR) and 10uF (2Ohm ESR). Will this configuration maintain stability. Can TI provide the Spice model for this regulator so I can verify the relatively larger capacitor will not create a stability issue?
