TPS62743: Recommended device for stepping down 3.3V to 1.8V

Hi Team,

I am creating a design with a step down from 3.3 V to 1.8 V and am looking for a part recommendation. I am currently looking at the TPS62743 vs the TPS62748. I am trying to minimize pin inputs.

Hi Emma,

Is the requirement only to reduce pin inputs? Could you provide some details about the application or if you have some other specific requirements?

Hi Febin,

The application is providing input to a mux, the TUSB542. The input current is around 100mA.

Hi Emma,

Since you mentioned you would like to minimize pin inputs, you could consider TPS62231 (Output Peak Current up to 500 mA). Is it also important to have low Quiescent Current?
