We have a 1uF cap connected to VDDA pin. May I know the voltage rating requirement for this cap? Can it be 6.3V rating?

Hey Antony,
On our EVM, we recommend using a 25V rated capacitor. You may be able to get away with a lower voltage rated capacitor like 16V or 10V because the VDDA is supplied by REGN, which should never exceed 6.3V (see EC table spec in the D/S).
However, to account for the DC derating effect of ceramic capacitors, it is recommended to use a much higher voltage rating.
