Hi Hirotsugu-san,
From discussions in other posts, the thermal shutdown temperature of the device is similar to LM317M, which is around 170C.

Hi Hirotsugu-san,
Due to the age of the device, when it was released, it was done with a paper schematic which means it's not in the design database and no simulation can be done on this device.
Again the thermal shutdown temperature is not a test parameter, and it could vary from device to device. I would recommend using 170C as a typical and explain to your customers that this temperature is set as protection and there is no test data on this parameter.
