LM5575: OCP & Short protection waveform and behavior

Part Number: LM5575
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS53355

HI SIR

We use LM5575 to design DC 2 DC, I / P: 54V  O / P: 3.3V

1. The output uses electronic load operation to over load 2.5A. When it exceeds 2.1A, it enters the current limiting mode and reduces the output voltage to 0V. The current swings up and down from 2.3A to 1.8A.

2.The output is short-circuited. When it exceeds 2.1A, it enters the current limiting mode and reduces the output voltage to 0V. The current swings up and down from 3.82A to 0.54A.

Do the two protection modes conform the performance of the IC?
