UCD9248: The UCD9248 programming is not working properly.

Hi Team,

We are currently working on the design with the combination of UCD9248 and PTD08D210W.

The reference design is taken from Xilinx ZC702 Evaluation Kit. We are going to fabricate 200 numbers of PCB. We are facing issue with the Fusion digital power supply design software.

When we try to program the module, frequently it gets failed and after many attempts, it gets programmed. Is there any other method to program the module?

We are using Fusion Digital power design 7.2.1

We are using, .tifsp file format.

Hi Praveen,

Manufacture Fusion is needed to import .tifsp file.

I checked the Software, Its mostly they have used .xml file (Script file)

How can we use .tifsp file, I can not able to import the file.

.tifsp file has a power sequence of two UDC9248.

There is any step procedure to follow.

In Fusion Design Software I imported the .tifsp file and then I Configured each UDC9248 and saved as project file (.xml).

Then, I imported to Manufacture Fusion, Its shows error like

Now, How can I go further.?

Hi Praveen,

.xml file contains programming of only one device. The .tifsp file can contain programming of one or multiple devices.

Fusion Digital power design should be used to import .xml file, and Fusion Digital Power Manufacturing Tool should be used to import .tifsp file.
