TPS23523: how we can get the formula 6 of TPS23523 datasheet

Hi Frank,

It is derived by solving two equations..

At the output => inrush current (IINR) = COUT * dVout/dt   (1) 

At the GATE => gate charging current (IGATE,SRS,START) = Css *dVGATE/dt    (2)

where Css is the external Cdg cap used to control the ramp rate of GATE voltage. In this mode, dVout/dt = dVGATE/dt;  Solving (1) and (2) gives equation (6) in the datasheet.
