BQ27750: IFC bit is set (PF Status D) and CUV bit is set (Safety Alert A) in BQStudio

Hello,

I have a problem with one of the BQ27750 installed on one of my custom board. The problem is that IFC (bit 0 of PF Status D) and CUV (bit 0 of Safety Alert A are set when I read the registers with BQStudio (as you can see on screenshots below).

Can you please tell me what could be the reason of this problem ? And how to resolve this problem ?

Ok thanck you for this information. The thing I don't understand is why those two flags are set ? I have configured the CUV threshold at 3400mV and my Cell supply voltage is 4V and I don't know why IFC flag is set.

It means your instruction flash is corrupt. Try the default srec first and then program the bq27750 again.
