Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61090, , TPS61023, TPS61022
I am designing a 5 V - 1 A boost converter powered by a LiPo cell and I have some doubts about the differences between the TPS61030 and the TPS61090 devices:
a) Are these two chips almost identical, and only the current limit thresholds are different (twice as high in the TPS61030)?
b) Or are the two chips physicially different, with different sized power Mosfets?
