BQ34Z100EVM: State of charge stuck at 0%

Hello,

I am newbee using jauge and BqStudio , (bq34Z100EVM and EV2300 , with BqStudio 1.3.86)
I did the calibration i have configurated cell number (8) , and select the chemistrry.

The final target will be a pack LiFePo4 u=25.6V ( 8 cells ) capacity 10aHour , but for the 1st tests i am using a variable DC power supply

The jauge communicate correcltly and seems working, measure voltage and current are correct but State of charge is stuck at 0% , MaxError is stuck at 100% ,
all parameters related to capacity does not work

Is there a command to start ?

A last problem , Some Chemistry can t be programmed , Message is "Chemsitry programming failed Error code=3" , ex ID 0456 , (same problem with BqStudio 1.3.97

First of all, make you you selelct the right chemistry id. I would suggest you use the GPCCHEM tool (http://www.ti.com/tool/GPCCHEM) to find the best matching chemistry ID. Also, you need to run a learning cycle before you see an accurate RSOC reading.
