Need Bootstrap Isolated gate driver with Vce(sat),fault out,active clamp

Hi TI experts,

I am looking for Bootstrap Isolated gate driver (for Power MOSFETs) with inbuilt features such as Vce(sat) detection,active clamp,fault output.
Is there any single IC pack available from TI combining the above features along with conventional Bootstrap isolated gate driver (for Eg)UCC21520?

Kindly suggest me a better solution.

Hi Ramensh,

For driver with integrated Vce detec, active miller clamp, fault output feature, please consider UCC21750 or ISO5851/2. This is single channel driver, but you can still implement Boostrap bias for a half bridge with two drivers.
