TPS2590: Can EN pin be left floating?

Hi,

What happens when the EN(active low) pin in the IC is left floating? Will the IC be enabled or not ?

    Hi Vino,

    The device needs 2.6V (min) at Vin to turn-ON. At this voltage, the internal resistor divider (10 MΩ and 16.8 MΩ) at ENbar pin will have voltage > 1.5V to  keep the device in OFF condition. In short, leaving the EN pin floating keeps the device in OFF condition.
