Could you please help check if TPS51200 can be used for LPDDR4x application?

The requirement is VINLDO is 1.1V and the VTT output is 0.6V/1A, can set the REFIN to 0.6 by dividend resistor.

Hi John,

LPDDR4x does not VTT voltage.

LP8758 is a good option for LPDDR4 application.

Hi Qian,

LPDDR4x need 1.1V/8A and 0.6V VTT voltage, customer want to confirm if TPS51200 can support the 1.1V to 0.6V conversion and used in LPDDR4x solutions.

LP8758 is only one DCDC converted.
