Hi, Team,

UCC27531/2-Q1 have separated outputs(OUTH & OUTL).

Can we connect the FET gate with both OUTL and OUTH pins shorted?
Are there any concerns such as through current?

    Hello Someno-san

    Thanks for reaching out.

    There is no issue connecting gate to shorted OUTL and OUTH pins but it best practice to have placeholder gate resistors to optimize possible ringing and adjust gate rise/fall times.  

    Otherwise no specific concerns with regards to shoot-through from the driver.
