It is possible to measure the charge current via the ISET pin. Unfortunately the datasheet is not clear about the discharge current:
"When the charger is enabled, internal circuits generate a current proportional to the charge current at the ISET input. The current out of ISET is 1/400(±10%) of the chargecurrent. This current, when applied to the external charge current programming resistor, RISET, generates an analog voltage that can be monitored by an external host to calculate the current sourced from BAT."
It says "[...]the current sourced from BAT." which should be, in my opinion, the discharge current. Is it possible to measure the discharge current from the ISET pin even if no charger is connected?
Thank you very much.
Best,
Tobias
