TPS51285B: Power Good Low Delay

Hi Team,

How much is the PG LOW delay after EN1=EN2=LOW at the same time in TPS51285B? I found the start-up delay is typ. 1.65ms but I couldn't find the low delay.

If possible please give me Min and Max along with the typical low delay.

I also have no spec found, but checked some test waveforms almost no delay from EN low to PG low, also you can see some waveforms in datasheet.

Hi Yuchang,

Thanks for your quick response.

The timescale of the waveform in the datasheet looks quite long (10ms), but the delay may be few ms. Therefore the customer needs to know the LOW delay in this case.

Hi Kazuto,

Below waveform is an old picture which I found in previous data, you can see even the scale is 2ms, no obvious delay can be seen.

Since we still can't go back to office because of Cov-19, I can't test it again, if you have 51225/51275/285 boards or customer boards, you can double check this.
