I'm afraid we don't have a reference design with your exact specifications but you may find the following reference designs of interest.

http://www.ti.com/tool/PMP8740 is a 2kW OBC design - it shows how to implement CI/CV characteristic.

Hello Kenny,

I am worry all of 3 EVM boards can't support 400Vin to 72Vout/10A or 48Vout/15A directly.

You can test these boards to evaluate the performance of UCC28951 and PSFB. You can build a new board modified from the EVM to meet you requierments.
