I'm working on BQ40Z60 battery management unit. The problem I'm facing is performing learning cycle on the board. While using BQstudio there on dashboard there is a direct option for learning cycle through two different ways viz. manual as well as automatic mode. I've already set all the registers related to advanced charging algorithm as well as guaging. While I try to perform learning cycle the operation directly becomes discharging i.e. it never goes to charging mode and further even though it shows discharging mode the discharging is not happening.
