since the pin width is 0.5mm only, my customer is asking if 0.5mm lead frame could cover 5A current rating?

do we have guild about the pin width VS current rating?

Hi,

Sorry, we don't have this material. I really don't think this is an issue. This package is large enough. For QFN package, the pins are more close, but it can go though higher current.

And if there is high risk for this package, we wouldn't release this device.

Hi Shawn,

Customer requests to have the Thickness of copper wire since they are worry about the 5mm PIN weight width would NOT cover 4A current rating

pls kindly provide related document to prove it
