I would know if this device have a lifetime 10 years garanteed in Tamb = 55°C and normal operation conditions

We have some reliability calculations for the device. But we typically do not guarantee the devices for a specific time.

What is your application for the device?

Thanks for the replay,

At the end I will use the DPPM/FIT/MTBF estimator tool on ti.com to determine the expected lifetime.
