Hello,

I have to units, both have firmware 1.0.10. One of them responds "SAAFirmwareDoesNotSupportProcessCall" when doing a process call. The other works fine.

Any ideas?

Hello, can you please try to re-load the firmware version on both units? There have not been any hardware revisions to create different support for Process Calls. Version 1.0.13 should have full support for Process Call transactions.

Hi Matt,

Very interesting result ..

1.0.13 did not work, same result as before.

1.0.11 worked.

Then I got curious and tried to go back to 1.0.10 and now it would work!

So I guess I'm happy with 1.0.10 or 1.0.11
