Hi,

Could you please let me know the load regulation with Iout = 5uA? 

Datasheet shows it with Iout = 1mA but I would like to know Load regulation is 20mV(typ) with Iout = 5uA.

    Hi Nagata-san,

    One of the bigger impacts on load regulation accuracy is the fact that there is a resistive drop across the bond wires and pin from the point of regulation to outside of the regulator. This effect is shown here:

    So 5uA is essentially no-load current. So if VOUT is 1.8V, 0.004/1.8V seems negligible.
