Does the TPS544C25 synchronize to an edge on the SYNC pin? Does the TPS544C25 have a phase-locked loop? Does the duty cycle of the SYNC signal affect the switching duty cycle of the TPS544C25?

Hi Christopher,

The datasheet specifies the SYNC signal minimum pulse width - meaning that the on-time of the pulse should be greater than 100ns (as per the datasheet).

Yes, it does synchronize to an edge of the SYNC pin. I will get back to you if the device has a PLL.

The device does not have a PLL.

Also, the duty cycle of the SYNC signal does not affect the switching duty cycle. The SYNC signal needs to meet the minimum pulse width mentioned in my previous post.
