LM5116: About sequences

Part Number: LM5116

Hi,

I am examining the contents of the sequence as follows in a circuit using the LM5116 device.
12V is externally applied to VCCX.
EN and UVLO connect to 12V.
EN pulls up from 12V with 100kΩ.
UVLO applies a divided voltage from 12V to 100kΩ.
After applying VIN for the first time, apply 12V.
Is such a sequence OK?
Best regards,
  • HI ,

The way tight to VCCX should be fine.

for EN, pls make sure when 12V rail no output, it is low impedance rather than floating.

for the 12V tight to UVLO,if there is no low Vin condition ,it should be fine except that Vin dropdown lower than 12V. if in this condition, UVLO and EN is high. It is possible for VCCX current go through internal LDO to Vin which should be avoided

    Thanks
