Hello, is it possible to have the schematic files to help us to do our own pcb.

I mean if you use orcad or similar.

i think is very good for TI, to sell more chips. why to repeat everyone the same job, when we ca do incremental improvements, like for example arduino.

Thank you. Could you tell me if Z1, on the schematic, is a zener diode or a TVS diode? And whether Z2 is a zener. I'm finding trouble finding a suitable TVS diode, while a zener should be no problem. What is the purpose of Z1 on the schematic? ESD?

Z1 is a zener and the purpose is to clamp the voltage at the gate of that transistor to 5.1V
