Hi Jerry,

To answer your original question:

Tp is the MSL level for the device as listed on the label. For this case, MSL1 260C is shown. So 260C is peak reflow temp allowed. The optimal profile is typically a function of the solder paste vendors recommendation TI devices are tested up to 260C.
